Navigating taxation and accountancy services can be complex, an we are here to make things clear and transparent for our clients. Below, we have answered some of the most common questions that our clients have asked us over the years. If you don’t find the answers that you need, please reach out to us, we are here to help.

  • Please schedule an Introductory Appointment that will only take 30 minutes. During the Introductory Appointment you will get an opportunity to meet one of our team members, get some of your questions answered and make a decision on whether you would like to move forward with getting an estimate. Once you approve our estimate and engagement letter we will move forward and begin working on your tasks.

  • After you receive your draft tax return from our team, you will have an opportunity to review it and request any necessary changes collaboratively. After you approve the draft, we will e-file your return in most cases the same day. You will receive an e-signature request via email – please complete this promptly, as we cannot file your return until we receive your signed authorization. When you tax returns are ready to file, we will send you our finalized invoice, please complete the payment promptly, as we cannot file your return until we receive your payment.

  • Throughout the performance process, our team members may reach out to request additional information, receive clarifications, or update estimate per your request.

  • Yes, further adjustments might take place. The draft you receive is a draft for our discussion and it is treated as such to facilitate a review opportunity before finalization. The more complex your return, the more likely some additional communications will be needed. This is a normal part of our process and helps ensure your returns are fully optimized.
