Our Process is Clear

Our Prices are Transparent

We only charge you for the information that we process for you. There are no hidden fees or charges.

For individual taxpayers, the returns start at $75 per return and that would cover an individual taxpayer filing single with one form W-2, a federal return, and one state return. As additional information is added, such as additional forms and dependents, it will be reflected as additional charges on an invoice. After we provide an invoice for your tax return, it will not change unless you provide additional information that we have to process.

For corporate taxpayers, the returns start at $125 per return and that would cover a C-Corporation with assets and sales under $250,000, without any depreciable/amortizable assets, without payroll and one state return. As additional information is added, such as depreciable assets, requirements to report balance sheet, and payroll, it will be reflected as additional charges on the invoice. After we provide an invoice for your tax return, it will not change unless you provide additional information that we have to process.

Process for all types of individual taxpayers with form 1040

This includes all taxpayers who are filing single, married filing jointly, married filing separately, head of household and qualifying widow(er), all sole proprietorships, and single-member LLCs.

Self-register using our tax portal and make a $75 retainer payment. Upon registration and confirmation of payment, we will send:

  1. an engagement letter

  2. tax organizer

  3. access to a secure portal to upload documents

After we receive your tax organizer and tax documents, we will send an invoice for the preparation of your tax returns. Upon reviewing our invoice, you will have two options:

 A. Accept our invoice, pay the remaining balance if the invoice exceeds the retainer payment, wait for us to prepare your returns, review draft returns, accept and sign finalized returns, and receive a copy of filed returns.

 B. Request that we file tax extensions for you thus giving you additional six months to look around and figure out whether you would like us to prepare your tax returns. Whenever you decide that you would like us to prepare your returns, all you will have to do is pay the remaining balance if the invoice total exceeds the retainer amount.
